We recommend reading this Policies page as well as our FAQ's page before making purchases - so that you're an informed shopper. If you don't read our Policies or FAQ pages, you're still responsibile for the agreements, suggestions and terms expressed herein. We will not change these policies just for you - after all, we are the “Bad Attitude Boutique”.
Returns

Because so many people want to wear an item once and return it, we have an all sales are final - no cash refund policy. If you have bought the wrong size, we will allow you to return your non-custom item. You can exchange the item for the same item of different size or color only, and you are responsible for the return shipping. You must do this within 7 days of receiving your item, after prior communication with us. Returned items must be free from signs of wear, dirt, animal hair, deodorant or smell (like cigarettes or perfume), with all tags intact. If these criteria are not met we will return the item back to you, with you being responsible for shipping. Please read the size charts very carefully.
All sales of custom corsets are final unless there is a manufacturing flaw or unforeseen problem with the garment. If you place a custom order and are not honest about your true measurements we can not make an item bigger. If you want us to remake your item for any reason due to you giving us incorrect information, we charge a 25% restocking fee for the returned item, with payment in full including shipping again for the remake. You must do this within 7 days of receiving your item, all tags must be in tact and there can be no signs of wear, dirt, animal hair, deodorant, or smell (like cigarettes or perfume) or we will return the item back to you. All return shipping is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please be careful and honest when filling out the custom corset order form or have a professional seamstress take your measurements for you.
We will happily extend a 100% online credit on items that you need to return because you tried it on and it just didn’t look right. Damaged or defective merchandise can also be exchanged for 100% online credit as well (with prior communication to us) and you must get in touch with us regarding the return within 7 days of receiving it. If after we agree to accept a return, you take more than 7 days to ship it back to us we will NOT accept your return. If you don't see something you want to exchange your item for right now, chances are that in a few weeks time, you'll see something new added to the site that you would like to use your credit toward. We request you use your credit within 6 months from the date of issuance.
