We took a traditional pattern, shortened the bottom, carefully placed the all around steel boning so to not grind the ribs and then reinforced the waist for the ultimate in cinching power. This Corset features an 11" front busk which we covered for hiding under your clothes but we added an inch in each direction with no boning for more comfort while sitting and slight breast support so the front actually measures 13". As with all our Corsets this item is fully lined made of 3 layer construction, back lacing, a generous back flap, includes garter tabs (garters sold separately) and can easily cinch 3" to 5" at the waist. Best suited for longer torso's ( 5'5" and taller) and great for those with soft tummy concerns. If you plan to live in it 24/7 we recommend the durability and breath ability of silk.
